What forms of payment are accepted?                                                                                                  We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, money orders, cash, insurance checks, and personal checks as long as Telecheck’s requirements are met. Do I have a deductible and to whom do I pay it?                                                                                  Your deductible is determined by your insurance policy, if you are unsure if you have one or how much it is, please consult your insurance agent. If you have a deductible it is due to Collision Worx at the time your repairs are completed. Can I choose my own body shop or do I have to go where my insurance company refers me?            Many insurance companies try to steer or persuade you to use one of their “direct repair” facilities and do not volunteer the information that the choice is yours. It is your right to choose your own repair facility, and to have the insurance company pay for safe and proper repairs so your vehicle retains its value and meets important safety standards. How long will the repairs take?                                                                                                                It is important to understand that certain types of damage become apparent only after the vehicle has been disassembled. Therefore we can only give an estimated completion date at the start of the repair, then update you during the repair process.
